  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    At WOLLE we know you're eager to start sewing. Once payment is confirmed, we lovingly prepare your order within 24 business hours. Shipping time usually takes an additional 24 to 72 hours, depending on your location. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your package leaves our workshop.

  • Can I return a fabric if I don't like it or have changed my mind?

    Due to the nature of our product, cut-to-measure fabrics cannot be returned, except in case of defect or manufacturing flaw. In accordance with current regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (such as a fabric cut to a specific length). For this reason, if you have doubts about a color or texture, we recommend using our sample service before making a large purchase.

  • What happens if I receive a fabric with a defect or the product is incorrect?

    Your satisfaction is our priority. If upon receiving your order you detect any defect in the fabric or the color does not match the reference you requested, please write to us at [your email] within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt. Important: For us to process the return or exchange, the fabric must be exactly as you received it: it cannot be washed, cut, or manipulated.

  • Do you ship throughout Spain?

    We ship to all of mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, as well as the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Andorra.

  • What happens if my package arrives damaged during shipping?

    If, upon receiving your order, you notice that the packaging is visibly damaged, please make a note of it on the carrier's delivery note and take a photograph before opening it. This will greatly help us expedite the claim with the transport agency and provide you with a quick solution.

  • ¿Qué ocurre si mi paquete llega dañado por el transporte?

    Si al recibir el pedido ves que el embalaje está visiblemente dañado, por favor, hazlo constar en el albarán del transportista y toma una fotografía antes de abrirlo. Esto nos ayudará mucho a agilizar la reclamación con la agencia de transportes y darte una solución rápida.

  • At WOLLE, we want your yarns to reach your hands as quickly and safely as possible. That's why we work with Correos Express, guaranteeing a leading delivery service in the sector.

  • 1. Mainland (Spain)

    Enjoy our flat rate for Peninsula shipments. The cost is calculated according to the total weight of your order to always offer you the fairest price:

    Up to 1 kg: €4.45
    From 1 kg to 2 kg: €4.68
    From 2 kg to 3 kg: €4.90
    From 3 kg to 4 kg: €5.12

    FREE shipping: On orders over €70

  • 2. Balearic Islands

    Up to 1 kg: €7.50
    From 1 kg to 2 kg: €8.60
    From 2 kg to 3 kg: €9.65

  • 3. Other Destinations

    We ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Andorra. Costs are calculated automatically in the shopping cart based on weight and current rates. Please note: For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, the customer will be responsible for any local customs charges.

Important information about your delivery:

  • Delivery time: You will receive your fabrics within 24 to 72 business hours from when the order leaves our workshop.
  • Order preparation: Orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed later, or during the weekend, will be prepared on the next business day.

Full tracking: As soon as your package is picked up by Correos Express, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can check the status of your delivery in real-time.
