What is the minimum sales unit?

At WOLLE we want you to have exactly what you need. The minimum unit of sale is 50 cm (0.5 meters). From there, you can add units of 0.5 m until you complete the measurement your project requires.

For example: if you need 1.5 meters, you just have to select 3 units.

If I buy several units of the same fabric, will I receive the fabric in one continuous cut?

Yes, always. Unless you tell us otherwise or it is an exceptional case (which we would inform you about immediately), all meters of the same reference that you purchase will be sent in a single continuous piece so that you can make the most of the fabric when marking your patterns.

Is the color I see in the photos identical to the real one?

At WOLLE, we take color accuracy very seriously. That's why we use a specific lighting set and professional photography equipment to capture each fabric with maximum sharpness. We always seek the most neutral and natural light possible so that the shade you receive is as true as possible to what you saw on our website.

However, please note that the brightness, contrast, and saturation calibration of each screen (mobile, tablet, or computer) are different and may slightly alter the perception of the shade.

How can I find out the width, weight, and drape of the fabric?

Within each product's description, you'll find a section where we specify:

  • Fabric width: (Typically between 140 cm and 150 cm).
  • Composition: (e.g., 100% Cotton, Viscose, etc.).
  • Weight/Grammage: To help you know if it's a fine fabric (like Voile) or a more substantial one (like Twill).
  • Drape: Whether it's fluid, structured, or rigid.

Can I request samples before placing my order?

We understand perfectly that sometimes you need to feel the fabric, appreciate the drape, or see the true color under your home's lighting before embarking on a large project. That's why, at WOLLE, we offer a sample service under the following conditions:

  • How to request your samples: It's very simple. First, make sure you are registered on our website. Once you have an account, send us an email to [your contact email] indicating the name and reference number of the products you want (you will find this information on each fabric's product page).
  • Sample limit: You can request a maximum of 10 samples per shipment. This allows us to ensure that the service reaches all our customers efficiently.
  • Cost and Delivery: The sample shipping service costs [Insert Price] €. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive your sample envelope within 24 to 72 business hours.
  • Stock availability: It is important to remember that sending a sample does not guarantee stock reservation. Our fabrics rotate frequently; therefore, we recommend making your final purchase as soon as possible after receiving the sample.
  • Low-stock products: To ensure that those who need final meters can complete their projects, we do not send samples of limited-stock fabrics. If you request a sample of a product that is about to run out, we will inform you immediately so you can choose an alternative.
